Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for returns, including perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized or custom-made products, and personal care goods like beauty items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. After your return has been approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

Returned items must still be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
