We utilize the United States Postal Service for most of our shipments. If you desire a different shipping method just include those instructions in your order. If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Orders are usually shipped the following business day (Monday - Saturday). We do not charge handling. You pay what we pay to send you your order.
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early. So, items shipped between November 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 may be returned until January 31, 2007 for a full refund. All returns must be in new condition.
